Other Details to Note
POOL HEATER: Due to high outdoor temperatures from June - September, pool heating may not be available as the water stays naturally warm. If you have specific requests regarding pool temperature, feel free to reach out before your stay, with atleast 2 days notice. Note: We have a pool maintenance team that comes by every Wednesday morning, sometime between 8-11am. They will access the backyard through the house side gate. Please allow them to perform their routine maintenance when they arrive. We have a lawn maintenance individual who comes during the week as well. There isn't a set day he comes but will be there for an hour or two just cleaning up the gardens, and leaves / fallen brush in the backyard. Garbage Days are on Wednesdays if you would like to bring the bins out during an extended stay that would be greatly appreciated. Staying longer than 28 days? Please note that we require monthly cleanings by our team to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our home for guests. Cleanings are $350/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.
