The studio guests do not enter through the main house, and both accommodations are designed with separate entrances and outdoor areas to provide privacy for everyone. 🏡 Property Maintenance To keep the property in excellent condition, we schedule regular pool maintenance, lawn care, and pest control. These visits may occur during your stay, and we kindly ask that you allow our service providers access to complete their work. 🦎 Florida Wildlife Due to South Florida's tropical climate, it's normal to occasionally see small lizards, iguanas, and mosquitoes, especially around dusk and in the evening. 🧹 Extended Stays (28+ Nights) For reservations of 28 nights or longer, a monthly professional cleaning is required to maintain the home's quality. This service is separate from the standard check-out cleaning fee and will be requested through Airbnb prior to your arrival. 🔥 Propane Tanks We do our best to provide multiple propane tanks for the grill & gas fire pit for your convenience. If however, they end up running out during your stay, simply refill one, keep the receipt, and we'll gladly reimburse the cost. 🏊 Additional Pool Services Extra pool cleanings can be arranged during your stay for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please inquire. Please note, there’s a safety pool fence that can be installed around the perimeter of the pool if requested in advance.
