Because of the greenery around the property and the climate in South Florida, it is common to encounter small lizards, iguanas and mosquitoes (especially at dusk/in the evening). Please note, there’s a safety pool fence that can be installed around the perimeter of the pool if requested in advance. Please let us know if you wish to have this installed with atleast 3 days notice to ensure our team can have it all set for your stay. Staying longer than 28 days? Please note that we require monthly cleanings by our team to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our home for guests. These cleanings are in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.
