Your reservation is for the 3-bedroom main house only, and you will have exclusive access to the spaces and amenities included with your booking. 🌿 Weekly services for pool maintenance, lawn care, and pest control help keep the property in top condition. If scheduled during your stay, please allow our teams to complete their work. 🦎 Due to the South Florida climate and greenery, you may occasionally see small lizards, iguanas, or mosquitoes. 🛟 There's a safety pool fence that can be installed around the perimeter of the pool if requested in advance. Please let us know if you wish to have this installed with atleast 3 days notice to ensure our team can have it all set for your stay. 🧹 28+ night stays: Monthly cleanings are required and will be arranged separately before arrival. 🛏️ Pool towels, bath towels, face towels, and hand towels are provided. 🔥 Grill propane is provided but not guaranteed to be full. Keep receipts for any refill needed, and we’ll reimburse the cost. 🔇 Occasional outside noise from traffic, construction, or neighborhood activity may occur. We’re always happy to assist with any concerns during your stay.
