Other Details to Note
The pool heating is included complimentary, set at a comfortable 85 degrees. If you’d like it warmed up to 90 degrees during your stay, this can be requested for a fee of $50/day or $300/week. We require 2 days notice for this request. Because of the greenery around the property, it is common to encounter small lizards, iguanas and mosquitoes (especially at dusk/in the evening). You may also come across a friendly, neighborly cat or two. Staying longer than 28 days? Please note that we require monthly cleanings by our team to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our home for guests. Cleanings are $220/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.
