This place was great. Owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely met our expectations. Perfect house for our group. The pool was great and there were many pool inflatables and toys. The backyard is big and had a fairy tree trunk, which my little loved! Lots of toys for the littles and things for them to do inside and out. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you to the hosts for making our mini vacation awesome.

Bred’s place in Scottsdale was everything I needed and more. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear, and Bred made sure I had everything I needed throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a solid spot in Scottsdale.

Everything was awesome place was beautiful and relaxing .A few little incidents but not worth mentioning; other than that the stay was Awesome the pool was Great I enjoyed it

We had a wonderful stay at Brads house. It was very easy to find and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The house was great, in size and very spread out for the amount of people (and kids) that we had. We liked everything about this house…the rooms were spacious, with lots of drawers and the closet sizes were huge…the kitchen was very accommodating and had everything from spices to extra miscellaneous items you would need. We really only needed to buy the food! The pool was great and never needed to be warmed up because of the weather. There were lots of pool toys for the kids and all the towels that they provide was more than enough. The house stayed cool when we used the air conditioner but fans were also provided if it got too cold and we turned it off. Brad was always really easy to contact if I had any questions and he is a fabulous host!! #1 ! My only complaint is I wish we could have stayed longer but it was time to come home. Thank you Brad for everything!

Amazing place! We enjoyed the walkable area for our grandson and our dogs. Our favorite part about this stay was how accommodating the house was to indoor / outdoor living which just adds to the “vacation” feel of the space. We also had 3 people working remotely from the space and the WiFi and desk accommodations were perfect for that as well!

We are locals and really enjoyed our staycation at this home. The layout is great for a family like ours. We have 4 kids and they got the side of the house designed very well for kiddos while the adults had beautifully updated resort like bedrooms. The backyard was great. Lots of space and a very nice big pool with a diving board that our older kiddos loved. Our twin toddlers were never bored thanks to the play room and backyard. The big tv made for an awesome movie night. The hosts are some of the best we’ve had- very responsive and kind.

Home away from home -100%. Home had all the amenities we needed, including pool towels. Especially loved the comfortable bed, silky soft sheets, beautifully tiled shower and walk-in closets. Brad was very responsive to my questions. Would love to stay here again if back in the area.
